Hannah's Foundation operates a Don in a Pool program wher if a person believes that a pool does not comply with the relevant legislation for pools within Australia.

The Foundation will contact the relevant local authority and advise them of address. They will attend and where able provide feedback whether any compliance issues were detected. All complaints are lodged on behalf of Hannah's Foundation and our details are provided to the relevant Council. We do not disclose where the information is received from.

In order to ensure the correct pool is checked you will need to provide

Address - Street Address or physical description where no street number available

Description of Pool - Above Ground - In Ground - Inflatable etc.

Issue - What you believe to be the Non Compliant issue.
