Hannah’s Foundation has implemented procedures for Social media such as Facebook and Twitter. Our Members can be assured that we will protect their privacy and interests at all times.
There are terms for the use of our Logo. Social Media is one of our primary sources of advertising, it is free, easy to use and available to everyone. Social Media has a positive effect for messages to be delivered quickly, families contacted and campaigns launched. Social Media is also vastly becoming a legal minefield that could be potentially dangerous to integrity, honesty, and reputation and risks damaging the hard work that has been achieved by so many of our members over the past five years.
This document has been produced to implement procedures, reduce the risk that social media can bring to an organisation and protect not only the Foundation but also its members.
These forms are all required if you wish to utilise the use of our logo ( see also rules on the Fundraising page) and promote the Foundation in anyway.

Hannahs Foundation Constitution May 2008
Hannah’s Foundation is an organisation that likes to reduce its paper usage. Members and Volunteers are welcome to print these documents, scan them fully signed and email them to be Environmentally friendly. All our correspondence is electronically scanned for secure filing purposes. All records by Hannah’s Foundation are held for Seven years. Members are not required to rejoin every year, only those members that are in the General or Corporate Category must have their member fees paid by August of every year. It is respectfully requested that members update us if any information changes so that we may have your up to date information.
We thank you for Supporting, Volunteering and Sponsoring Hannah’s Foundation.
